Disappointed

Bought this because my Dyson was so hard to empty and thought the bags would be the answer. Unfortunately this machine has nowhere near the cleaning power of the Dyson. Very disappointed. Carpets look very bitty

Light & easy to use

Was looking for something easy, light to use & not as expensive as a Dyson so this is exactly what I wanted. I don't understand why you have to hold the trigger all the time on the Dyson models which makes my hand ache after a while so this is great for older people or those with more limited movement.

Good value for money product with many accessories.

We thought it was a good buy, it picks up efficiently and has good battery life. The downside is that the battery makes it heavy and my wife can't use it for any great length of time. It is far less easy to manipulate than the Dyson we had and we would not have bought it had we realised.

Great product

This vacuum is great a good price includes 3 different heads 10 bags 2 batteries and the suction stays constant even when down to the last light bar my only issue is it’s quite heavy with the battery position above the Handel but overall it’s brilliant

very good but not brilliant

This is a powerful hoover and has good and not so good points. Good points it is powerful with good suction and the tools provided are good. Generally it is very strong and robust and looks like it is well made and will last a long time. When it starts up it is always in the middle power setting which is adequate for most cleaning. Another strange thing when it starts up you have to press the button to start the hoover rollers, so you can't start hoovering floors until you do this, surly this is an unnecessary step as really you just want to hoover the floor! Also dont know why they even bother with a lower setting, which is pretty ineffective and I have never used it. The boost setting will only give about 8 or 9 minutes run time but you should get about 20 -25 minutes on the middle setting. They say you get up to 6o minutes on the lowest setting but would ever use this for 60 minutes given it's limitations? The other thing worth mentioning is that although they say how light the hoover is in weight I found that the balance of the cylinder and the handle is not very comfortable for long use, I found my wrist aching a little. The bags are good in the fact they are compostable but certainly don't hold as much as my old hoover, so at around £1 per bag you do pay for your hoovering. Also there is no light when you apply the attachments unlike my old G tech hoover, but I can live with this, just :/ it is quieter than my previous hoover which is good but I have noticed the dog doesn't like it I think it's the green light that goes on when the brushes are switched on, but he is a Saluki who are really quirky dogs:) However generally this is a good product, got it at a bit of a discount so am happy. Happy hoovering :-)
